Dr. Howard B. Hasen, Jr., earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in Memphis after completing his undergraduate education at the University of Virginia. His internships and residencies took him to Lexington, KY, and then back to Memphis where he entered private practice in 1980.
